Yeah, Fred, how do you kind of balance processing we had the way this season ended and dealing with that kind of I don't I don't know who grief is a little bit too of an extreme word, but then also putting it behind you and moving forward for the next season. Yeah. No, I've honestly more so of the kind of reflecting on what happened in the game and

then what happened throughout the season. Um, you know, you kind of wanna you want to remember things like this for later on, you know, the these type of things make you stronger and you learn a lot from them, and there's there's so much time to move past it and get onto the next but I think this is the time right now. I kind of wanted still for us to kind of, you know, sit in it and reflect. And uh so that's kind of what I've been doing

different is reflecting. You can kind of difficult playoff houses before, but this one things a little different, just in terms of during the game you real if you probably realize what it is, probably we've got a quarterback. It's that could be pretty table. Is a different process going through that where it's supposed to maybe the last the super Bowl and answe gym game thinking individual plays where if

it's gone different different, Yeah, I know it sucks. Um, I've never been a part of something like that in the game when when you you're already on your on your third quarterback, you know, and you lose him, you lose your fourth. Um, it's uh, it's kind of crazy, crazy to think about, right, I would have. I wish we could have just you know, went out on our sword and say that we we had you know, as Monoi mono and they were the better team in one.

But um, you know, each each one is different, and it's as cliche as it's to say that we'll be back next year better than ever. You know, that's that's kind of just the mindset. I don't know, cheated at all? Or is that just life in the NFL. That's life. That's life in the NFL, and that's life in general. You know. Um, it just has a way of punching you in the mouth sometimes, you know, and and things

not going your way. But it's how you bounce back, it's how you respond from it, what you learn from it, um, you know, because if you if you don't look at it that way, then you're just gonna soak a misery and be like, man, what was me? But I'm looking at the positives. Will it be difficult to watch the super Bowl? Given how it all in? It always is when you're not in it and you're not winning, it's always hard. What's something you learned about this team this year?

Specifically on the highest of the highs and then how Um? I mean I learned a whole lot. I mean I've never been a part of a season like this where you know you're down three or four, um, seven games through and then you go on to win all the rest of your games, all the way down to the

to the last game. Um, you know, all the adversity we went through, you know, with the quarterback situation and uh having a number one defense and working through you know, just kind of improving, trying to be our best and um, you know we had a team ready to win it all. It just obviously didn't go away. What are the emotions, you know, knowing that the roster is gonna look it looks different every year obviously, but you know, just with contracts and everything, I know, you guys had a lot

of confidence in this group, in a strong locker room. Yeah, every year, every year, a lot of turnover. It's always a different team, you know, this this year especially, you know, we're most likely losing our our defense coordinator. Uh the guy came in with you know, and and uh oh a lot too, so that'll look different. Uh A lot of players will be moving on different teams. So it's always different. It's uh the more you're in it, the

more you see like it's never the same. But uh, you know what, we'll be back and and be better. What what's something that Damiko Ryan's taught you that will stick with you? Oh? Man, I don't know if I could picked his one. Uh it it was just it was a perfect match, honestly, given where I was coming from, out of by U, out of position or position list,

I guess you could say. And um being asked to play the my position and a guy who had played it at a high level and knew what it took to to play at a high level to help development and m you know, I'm not the player I am today without him. For you said this team is ready to win it all because of that, Do you think that they're it's going to be a sense of urgency in the off season with the front office, especially if

you know Kroc has a long term recovery ahead of him. Um, I think I think every year there's honestly a sense of urgency. I felt all all the way since I was a rookie. You know, there's always the expectation to win and win now. It's that's how it's always been for me since I've been here. What has Span Sport been like at the right Studium this season? It's been

amazing every year. Every year they show up and they show out regardless of the situation, whether we're you know, we're three or four, or we're on a twelve game win streak. They were with us and with a strong all the way through, and I appreciate them. And what was your highlight of the season. The moment that you circling The moment I circled It had to be the Divisional round against the Cowboys. Um, being at home against you know, a historical rival for SID was electric all

the way through and I always remember that game. Thanks all right, guys, you got it everything. You got it there. Wait,
