The Chicago St Patrick’s Day Parade

Remember the time when the earth was green, there were more kind of drunks than you’d ever seen, they ran around free when it was St Paddy’s day but the loveliest of all was the Leprechaun. So this is the story when I got the be in the Chicago St Patrick Day Parade with my beloved local bar Johnny Ohagans. The day-long festivities started real early with a hearty Irish breakfast to get the juices flowing, heading to the parade to wait and drink and wait and drink until the parade began. Then more drinking and shenanigans throughout the day. I thought I was doing myself a favor by ending the St Patrick’s day party early so I could go home and order food but instead while I was waiting on my food I passed out and missed my delivery.
