Paul Bates is an Additive Manufacturing Lead Project Engineer at ASTM. He is an experienced practitioner of the safe use of additive manufacturing in both a commercial space and training space. Paul has used most every form of 3D printing in the last 20 years, to develop both prototype and finished goods. He has developed business justifications for the use of these technologies as well as designed and built the facilities to house them through his work at Reebok, UL, and now ASTM.
