M. Night has been on a bit of a resurgence since The Visit and it is mainly due to him focusing more on the film than the specter of the twist that he puts in the film itself. Glass is the 3rd movie in the trilogy of Unbreakable and Split that continues what this series set outlined in having people with extraordinary abilities and what it means for the world they inhabit. With the Marvel Netflix shows drawing to a close on the platform, the Punisher Season 2 aims to go out on a high note, and boy does it do that. Season 1 caught folks off guard with how great it was, especially when giving Frank lots of character depth and not being just a mindless killer like we thought he'd be.
