Season 1 Episode 12 Looking For The Perfect Shell

I loved walking the beach where the waves and the shore meet in Sanibel Island Florida.  At one time, not sure if it still is, Sanibel beaches were in the top 5 in the world for shells!  We have bags of amazing shells of all kinds, shapes, and sizes.  Looking for the perfect shell was therapy for me.  I know I must be a pretty boring person if I find great enjoyment in digging in the sand for shells.   But, there is nothing better than pulling up a hand full of sand and shells and discovering something you had never seen before.  

So what is the perfect shell?  I don't know, but I can tell you when I see it.  In today's episode, I talk about my hunt for the perfect shell and relate it to leadership and life.  Our quest for perfection, what is it and does it really exist.
