You never realize how much stuff you have until you have to move it all...
Spoiler alert: Furry Invasion still has panel issues, but otherwise, it was very good!
The second Furry Invasion is almost here, and I have a few somewhat bitey words to say about it! Check out my appearance on "Splat From the Past" at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aa_5gEkSI70
It takes guts to put a piece of yourself online for the world to see.
I used to go to lunch on Fridays with a bunch of guys way back when. Occasionally, hilarity would ensue thanks to condiments, peanut butter, and tea lists.
A few kind words from a fan convinces me to jump back on the convention-reviewing train I hopped off of three months ago. Listen to "Con Talk" here! Shay Sinshine's Twitter
Furry Fiesta has been a great convention so far, but with a new hotel come new challenges for it's tenth year. https://furryfiesta.org
I experience The Future by ordering via touch-screen at McDonald's for the first time. Other folks weren't quite as ready, though!
Just in the nick of time, I found a new job!
"Wherever you are, you are now doing my job because you can do it (or try to do it) for cheaper..."
My former company continues to be a pain in the rear even after I'm no longer working for them.
The last day of my job arrives and it mostly goes smoothly.
Getting laid off is bad enough, managers, so please spare us the condescending bullcrap. I admittedly am just a *little* bit bitter.
Don't call it a "layoff." It's a "job separation." :P
Talking about fun things like Archie Comics, cheesy video games, and yes, My Little Pony.
You can trust me.
Halloween has always been fun, but now it's a little special.
Adventures in Retail
Warning: Contains spoilers.
It says something that my longest-running series concerns food. Straws, mushrooms and crackers provide the funny in this tasty episode!
I've had interesting run-ins with animals over the years that weren't pets...or furries, for that matter.
A narration of a story from my latest e-book: "Super-Short Sci-Fi Stories 2.8" available at finer e-bookstores everywhere. For more stories, visit eduardosoliz.com! I don't know which is stranger, the story or the fact that it came from an actual conversation!
We all have friends, and even though its kind of a jerky thing to do, we all eventually take inventory of them. Click here to check out "Con Talk!"
"Jenny, a librarian, decided to band a group of renegades to advocate the use of pens, books, and really, anything paper," and Eduardo, her friend, decided to blab about it on his podcast. http://thedeadtreesociety.tumblr.com
I thought that getting a pen pal was a great idea until I remembered how awful my handwriting is. Making it even worse is the beautiful penmanship and presentation my pen pal uses!
I love pushing buttons, now if Apple would just stop ruining my fun!
My happy places are are called 'fan conventions' and whether they're comic, anime, furry, steampunk, or all of the above, they're where I like to be!
My microwave broke down recently, but I don't really mind. I screwed up the numbering on this one and call it #65, you know its been a while when you lose track of your episode number.
In this long-overdue episode, I discuss the joys of closing on a house.
