Peanut Butter Baby

Welcome to 30 series Chronicles podcast. My name is Officer Indio. I was straight uniform police officer inducted into a specialized unit named 30 series where we handled high felony crimes and demonic possession. The next case that I'm going to talk about is called peanut butter baby and it happened in the dead heat of summer June 2001. So a few months had gone by since we've dealt with anything demonic or paranormal in our unit.

We went proactively looking and seeking and what I meant by that is we would go to hotspots as I explained in an early episode and listen for the sounds of screams or yelling. We would also approach black alleys and throw holy water on individuals that we thought were showing signs of possession and there is a difference between the holy water in church that you dab your finger into and a blessed holy water that's more for demonically possessed that has anointed oil.

We'll take a deeper dive in as to our proactive approach on a different episode but on this episode I'd like to touch on peanut butter baby because still to this day at Hanshawaii. We heard a radio call for a welfare check which happens quite often and that's basically some loved one is calling into the 911 because they haven't heard from a loved one for a while and so we go and check that out.

A unit in the 13th precinct received this call and they showed up on scene and everything has appeared to be normal. The uniformed personnel arrived on scene knocked on the door where there was no answer. They continued to knock with no response. Just as they were leaving one of the officers notices someone darted by the window and so they turned around and continued to knock and in that moment they started to hear a baby cry.

This concerned both officers that allowed them to be a little more assertive and asking if everything was okay and if they could please come to the door and make sure that everything is okay. The officers still wasn't able to make contact so he called into radio asking if there was a sergeant around to see what else they could do to make sure that the person inside wasn't being held against their will.

Officers do this if there's something that's happening in our presence we have a right to kick that door in and act accordingly. If the elements aren't there then we're held at bay because we don't want to be sued.

7-0 arrives which is a sergeant for the call letter and begins to knock on the door as well but the baby is getting louder and louder and louder and the screams are starting to bother the officers outside because something is out right and then it starts the radio starts to crackle every few words. As I explained earlier we get radio interference when there's something demonically in the area because there's some sort of energy that it pulsates that messes with radio frequencies.

The unit seems a bit heavy because we all look at one another and know here we go again and it's heavy because when there's a fight there's a winner and a loser and the winner is a winner and the loser is a loser and sometimes you don't see that loser again. What they demonically possess it's just a recurring fight that weighs on you after time. I call into dispatch announcing ourselves 30 units to radio taking me off a repeat which means no one could hear our conversation.

I have the dispatch connect me with the officer that's there but we're having a really hard time communicating because the radio is crackling and we could hear a buzzing sound. I tell the officer who I happen to know because we've been around that area a lot. I said what's buzzing around you and he's like what do you mean? I said I'm hearing a buzzing sound where is it coming from? And he's like there's flies on the windows. Sign number two of possession.

The team and I start making our way down there lights and sirens because we know we have two signs that are pointing towards not a good thing. It takes us approximately 10 minutes to arrive on scene and we take over. And one of the officers with us he's built like an ox. Call him Hulk and Hulk is a version of Black version of Arnold Schwarzenegger and he tries to kick that door in and it does not budge. Now let me explain something.

When I say he tries to kick the door in it bends like rubber versus hardwood that would obviously splinter or crack. This thing bent as rubber and we all then got confirmation that what's on the other side of that door is the unholy. Now I'm sure several listeners are saying well go through the window.

The thing is this house had iron rod fencing in the windows because it's a high crime area and people protect themselves by putting bars out the window which I understand to protect your property but then you also become a prisoner of your home because if something breaks out such as cases like this we can't get to you right away. I then give it a try and I lay into it as hard as I can and it bends to the curvature of my shoulder because that door is not giving away.

So I think outside the box and I have a vial of holy water in my shirt pocket and I take it out and I throw it at the door before making contact and next you know boom the door busts open and we go in and what do we find? We find an African black female about 22 years of age holding the baby covered in peanut butter from head to toe.

The entity that was possessed in this woman was waiting for us and mocking us and calling us all sorts of names and reaching into dark secrets that only we knew and I challenge it and I go leave the baby alone and this is where I learned the theme of his name, Belfmont. It gives the name Belfmont so willingly without a fight, without a right of what ritual and this is when we started to learn that these things could jump from host to host.

Now there might be some of you that go just rush her, there's certain things that you can't do because when you have a demon that's that powerful it does things so you have to be real careful on how you approach it. So I command it to let the baby go and it smiles and smirks at me and says no, I will not.

We all then command it in the name of Christ to put the baby down and it shrieks at the name of Christ and it shrieks at the name of St. Michael and what this thing does next was something that you can't even explain it. This entity then lunges the baby down the basement stairs to four large rottweilers chain to the basement and they begin to rip this baby to shreds.

I push past the demonically possessed by slugging her in the face and make my way down the stairs to neutralize all those dogs and efforts to try to save this baby. But these dogs have been locked in the basement for weeks without food and the baby became their food and they went at it as fast as you can imagine ripping that baby to shreds and the gurgles and screams that came out of that baby can never ever leave my mind.

Still to this day I hear those screams and it makes you feel less of a human being unable to save an infant child. I then retrieve what's left of the baby that's ripped to shreds by these rottweilers and make my way up the stairs to try to get her some medical attention but she didn't make it. She died in my arms and I turned to this demonically possessed child and I told him why would you do this and it smirked a smile at me and said no why would God allow me to do this.

That's the question you should ask and that response touched me or cut through me like a knife because in a sense it was right. Where is God in this fight? We're here doing this dirty work and we're fighting this demonically possessed human beings that are walking the earth. When does he step in? These are the questions that run through my mind still to this day.

I'll tell you the answer to that and where I retrieve it later on in the next episode when an angel visited me because I struggled with this for quite some time where I was losing my faith in God. This child is then taken to the psych award where they perform an extra system and this extra system did not take long because it wanted to leave. It just wanted to continue to pick at us because before it left I said I'll be back and then it released that kid that was possessed by it.

I ended up finding out later that the little girl that was possessed she had lost her father and mother and she was at a weak moment. You have to be careful when you're at your weakest moment because that's when they come. I want to thank you guys for listening to my podcast.
