Hey, welcome back. Hello. It's 30. Dirty. And almost dead. 30 dirty and deceased. The sequel. When we're dead and it's our ghosts podcast. We're gonna do it. Oh, yeah. I think from the grave. Yeah. Yeah. Seance FM. seance FM seanceify like Spotify. I'm Clarissa. I'm Courtney. And you know, this is our life. existential dread. We're millennials. We're in a crisis at all times. But we're having a good time. Yeah, somehow some

way we try our best. I feel like we haven't just like checked in with everybody in a while because we had to take our little break. And we did our real cuz I was busy in the middle of the ocean. Yeah, and we had our real talk. We talked a little bit about it last week, but we kind of went straight into our real talk subject. So Let's just check in. How are you doing, Courtney? How have you been? I've been. You've been? Yeah, I've just been, you know, traveling. Yeah. Buying new cars.

Sick. Sound like a Kardashian. Going to concerts. Which one did you go to? Well, we're about to see Ice Nine Kills three days in a row. Oh, that's right. You told me about this. This is the weirdest thing ever. Listeners. Ice Nine Kills, which, fun fact, I introduced them to Mike, but now it's his whole personality, right? I hate to interrupt you, but it's really funny because for most of your dating repertoire, you just your whole personality became whatever that boy

told you, each respective boy. But not anymore. And then you flip that thing and reversed it. Yep, I'm proud of you. Thank you. They're doing concerts where it's going to be one album. the next night is going to be the second. So like, it will be two different concerts, essentially. But you said you were saying that three times, please hold holding. So where we are going, the day before the first concert, we drive through

this place. And they will be there the day that we drive through this state in order to get to the other state we're going to. And then see them Wednesday, Thursday. And I'm like, Y. Yeah. Big Y. Big Y. So Tuesday will be like combination. Wednesday, Thursday will be two different ones. He's an odd duck. He really is. And they're gonna be at Warped Tour. We're gonna see them four times this year. Which I don't hate. Like I like Ice Nine Kills. Yeah, but like, but like four

times. I'll be with you. And I mean, I'm not as much as I would see. I would see Toy One Pilots four times in a row. I know you would. There are very few bands at this stage in my life that I would see more than once like Even my fate like I saw Green Day over last summer my favorite band like always wanted to see them I gotta be honest like I would it was a great show have zero complaints had a great time I'm like check

I'm not saying I would never go see them. Yeah, like of course I might but it's not like on my radar like I must Right? Oh, it would have to be a very specific set of circumstances and skills Liam Neeson style to like, make that line up where I was like, yeah, I need to go do this. Yeah. You know, why not? We're already going through that that city on our way to the other city where there will be playing two nights in a row. So why not go see him three nights in

a row? Remind me to never travel with you guys. We stop in everywhere. Well, we're already here. Can we just go to the holiday inn, please? Please, Mike. Well, I hope you have fun. Yeah, well, he hasn't bought tickets for that Tuesday night yet. So there's a chance he might. So there's a chance that we might just see it the normal two nights, which makes sense. Because again, two albums, I get that. Yeah, it'll be fun. And their concerts great. Yeah, they're such good

performers. Yeah, I've heard. Yeah, all their songs are like, horror movie related. Wow. So like each song is a different horror movie. which is actually really cool. So like, when they perform, they're like performing scenes of these movies. That does sound really great and theatrical. I can understand wanting to see like both albums. Yes. So what about you? Oh, you know, I've been doing stuff around the house. You wrote a book? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I've been working on my writing

stuff and trying to query again. And it's a whole fucking thing. And the process, you just have to be ready to be rejected constantly. I would never reject you. Thanks. I don't know. No, I wrote a book before and I queried it like traditionally and it didn't get any traction but it's honestly the best thing that ever happened because it was terrible. It was very bad. Um, and then obviously I wrote a novella Cafe Vengeance and I did get that published but now it has no longer exists

in circulation. So this is my, my first like real attempt in a mean a hot minute. It's been a few years. So is it a novella again? No, it's full length. It's a big boy. It's a big boy. It's like a it's novel length, but it's it'd be short. Like, I don't know how many pages it would be. But it's just under 70 ,000 words in this draft that I have finished up. So I mean, it could change if and when it publishes. But so that's what I've been doing a lot of that.

A lot of cleaning the house, spring cleaning. Yeah, we need to do that. It's getting rough. Yeah, I cleaned like the baseboards and not the whole house, but like the main floor. Yeah, and stuff. And yeah, we need to clean the walls because like the dog slobbers when he shakes his head. I got a couple of spots where like the cat's bowls are that they get a little weird. Yeah, but it's like no matter what I do, they just keep coming back. So at this point, I don't fucking

care. Yeah, I know it's clean. It just is like stained. You know, it's been a while. I just want to throw everything away and start fresh. You know, I mean every day Every day like can we just just get rid of everything? Well, it's nice to go back to a simpler time, which is what we're gonna try to do today in the show Yeah, we're really good transition. Thanks. I tried it. We barely got it out there We're gonna play

a game. They kind of encapsulates all of our favorite things movies music games and Millennial nostalgia and us Yeah, each other. So we're calling this building the ultimate millennial soundtrack. And basically, I don't know if this exists or if I made it up. But here it is. Basically, what we're going to do is we're going to you know, like in movies, certain scenes have either it's either instrumental music, but a lot of times it's just like a regular song. And it kind of

gets connected with that scene. Right. So we're going to do that. I came up with a little game and we'll explain it a little more later, but basically we're going to create scenes from movies based on millennial music and we're gonna create soundtracks. We're gonna do that. But first... We're in the early 90s, ain't that right? That is right. Hell yeah. What? Ninety, is it? Nineteen. Nineteen. Nineteen ninety -three. Ninety -three. I was... not here. I was too... I may have barely

been in utero. Let's see here. Well, after nearly three decades, the NFL's biggest game returns to the City of Angels for Super Bowl 56 at SoFi Stadium. You're reading this directly off of USA Today, aren't you? Yes. Okay. Maybe just paraphrase though. Like don't read the exact fucking thing. I didn't I'm not gonna read the whole thing I just thought that sounded really

good. Okay all the credit to USA Today Jalen Thompson Congrats congrats Michael Jackson was the halftime if the Cowboys won Dallas Cowboys versus the Buffalo Beals yee -haw brother Yee -haw brother. Let's see. Oh, he's saying Billie Jean Billie Jean. I don't know the words. I feel like I know them, but then if I start to actually sing them, it's gonna get weird. Isn't it about she says she has this kid and it's not a groupie? Look, I barely know lyrics. You want me to know

what it's about? No, the lyrics tell that. I'm not saying what inspired him. Obviously not that. I just mean, I think that that's like the storyline of this song. Like there's a she's like a groupie and I think I don't know anybody can confirm. Go ahead. The Montreal Canadiens beat the LA Kings and for the Stanley Cup. Oh, so this is hockey. Yes. Justin called it flat soccer the

other day. flat soccer yeah i was saying it's a puck not a ball yeah exactly that i was saying that how you think that basketball sucks because they score too much and that's the dumbest shit i've ever heard and he was like well what is she like he doesn't like any sports by the way but he also agreed with me there's the dumbest thing you ever heard so i don't think it's the dumbest thing well of course you don't it's you're also you know it really bothers me it's your

big dumb thought go ahead the squeaking of the shoes you're not fucking see oh my god I hate it. Well, I don't like how the skates sound against the ice. Do you? I've never heard them, but I bet it sucks. It doesn't. Okay, well, I think we should go to a hockey game together. I don't want to do that, Courtney. I don't, I really, you know what's weird? I don't hate hockey, but you're making me hate it. Tell it to Mike. Tell it to his face. I've said it to him before. Anyways,

Justin. That's what sucks. Nope. It's like curling, right? With the brooms. That's what I did. It's more aggressive. I don't know. That's some pretty aggressive broomwork if you've ever watched a curling match High -score scene movie Jurassic Park Pterodactyls fly in Jurassic skies, da -da -da -da -da, Jurassic Park Does it have words? No I've never watched it. You need to watch it. I don't want to. I get it. It's at least the first one. I'll watch the first one That's all

I asked. He's in more than one. He's great. He is. He plays himself in everything. Yeah, but it works. Some people it just works. And he's one that, man, it works. I liked him. He didn't know he did play himself in that episode of Friends. He played an actor guy and Joey auditioned for him and then Joey peed on him. What? He told like, Joey went to the second audition and he like gave him a bunch of notes on how to act. So he didn't really take the notes, but he really

had to pee. So he tried to get through the scene kind of urgently. And I guess it worked. So then after his third audition, he kept showing up with like a full bladder. And then the guy was like, Jeff Goldblum, whatever his character's name was, like, you got it. It's great. Come here. And he hugged him and then Joey relaxed too much and he peed. Nice. Yep. Good times. Good times. Speaking of shows. Boy Meets World, top show. Boy Meets World, Boy Meets World. Wander

down this road that we call life. Well, you want to know what our wedding songs from 93 could have been? Uh, I Will Always Love You. Yup, it was one of the top billboards. Uh, also, woomp, there it is. Yeah, it is. Ha! Oh, Dr. Dre, Nothing But a G -Fang. With Snoop Dogg. The Giver came out. The book? Yeah, I've read that. So did I. I read it in an enrichment class, also known as gifted. I wasn't in gifted, I was in honors. When I got to high school, it's not a thing when

you're in high school. No, gifted is not a thing. Elementary school and middle school, I was in that. And then you can just take honors or AP year. I didn't want to take AP because I didn't want to do the tests. Oh, yeah, I took AP the English classes, although one of the AP English tests or I didn't take it. I didn't take it. I just forgot. I don't know. It's fine. I suck. Gas prices $1 .11. Wow. Lucky numbers. Wow. You know who doesn't need to pay for gas anymore?

Mike. Oh yeah, you got an electric car? Yep. Zoom zoom zoom, make my heart go boom boom. My supernova girl. Yep, that's what you should name the car! Nova! Supernova girl, the whole thing. Okay. Yeah. But don't tell him and just refer to the car as that in random sentences until it bothers him enough to ask you what you're doing. And he's not gonna listen to this so it doesn't even fucking matter. Nope! Ha ha! We gotcha! Yeah, Intel introduced the Pentium microprocessor

enhancing computer speed and efficiency. Wow. That's my supernova girl. That was 93. Wow. Anyways, you want to talk about movies? Since we're gonna do movies soundtracks for the show today? Yeah. You already said Jurassic Park. Yeah, he is. Mrs. Doubtfire. Oh, did it? Yeah. The Sandlot came out. I never watched that, but I do say You're Killing Me Smalls A Lot. Yeah. I've watched it. They always played it in school, like, or days when the teacher didn't want to do anything.

So they brought in that TV. Yeah. Yeah. And when they rolled in the car, there was a good chance it was gonna be a sandlot. What's eating Gilbert grape? Excellent fucking movie. Yeah, what's funny, I feel like I've talked about this before. Okay, talk about it again. But rewatching it now, I realized that the mom wasn't that fat. Like she was very large. Yeah, for sure. For sure. But needing to pull her out of the house in a crane unnecessary. Well, they didn't always

have to. She was able to leave the house before that. Yeah, but I just thought that was like excessive. Well, given her size, like now like we're way bigger than that. Oh, yeah. Um, Leprechaun came out. I never watched that. It's you don't have to. I understand people love it, but they love it because it's like a cult classic. It's very terrible. It's not good. Is it technically a horror movie? Yeah, it's a horror movie. It's really bad. Groundhog Day. I never watched it.

I've watched like parts of it. Like if it's on TV. Yeah, I've watched parts of it, but I've never actually watched it in its entirety watched it. It's I mean, it's fine. They made a live action Super Mario Brothers movie. I think I've watched that probably have that seems more like something you would watch. I don't think it was on TV. Again, one of those things I was on TV. I didn't like find it yeah purposeful Carlitos way it has Al Pacino is like a crime movie. It's

great. I went to see it in the theaters. They replayed it. Um, at what age? I imagine you doing this like when you're a child. No, look, I watched it the first time I the first time I saw it. I was like seven. No, I went as an adult recently with my mom. They it was like a like an anniversary of look at the other Yeah, it was at the Alamo. And it was like an anniversary of something, either one of the movies or something about Al Pacino himself. And they played it. My mom and

I went to see it. Hocus Pocus. Hocus Pocus? Yep. And the Nightmare Before Christmas. Oh my gosh, what a year. Spooky times. This is a good year for movies. It really is. Sister Act 2, Back in the Habit. I get it. Okay, I'm gonna do one more because that one just took me by surprise. Oh, there's too many. How am I supposed to pick one? Wow, 93. What a year for movies. Really? Free Willy? Sissy? Cool Runnings? Yeah. Oh my god. My sister loved Free Willy. I bet she did.

She seems like a whale girl. That's not what I was gonna say. I just it's like one of those feel good. She also loved Lassie. Actually, I can see that. This is no shade to her. I don't like Lassie. I used to - I love Lassie. I don't want Collies. I got beef with Collie dogs, okay? It's not their fault, and I know I love all animals, whatever. I was attacked by a Collie dog as a child. Her dream was to have a Collie. Well - Because of Lassie. I bet she didn't want this

one. Oh, also, um, Jason Goes to Hell, the final Friday. Good stuff. I'm gonna tell you right now, I haven't watched that many of them. No, me neither. Maybe I will. Maybe I'll just watch all of them. I wouldn't do that. Ever. Why not? Jason H2O? Isn't that when he goes to space? No, you're thinking of Halloween H2O, I think. There's one where Jason goes to space, but I don't know what it's called. Jason... It's not goes to space. I wish it was. What's eating Jason

Grape? Jason goes to space. I'm googling it. Jason X Jason X. And then there was Freddie versus Jason. I saw that. That's the last one I ever watched. I remember watching it on the sci fi channel as a kid. And I was just like, okay, I'm out. Jason X has one of like the funniest kill scenes. I bet it does. It's uh, he puts a girl in a bag and just rams her tree. Have you ever seen that? No, it's okay. It's a sleeping bag, I think. Okay, cool. Well, I'll send it

to you later. Camp Crystal Lake. Hey, thanks for listening to 30 Dirty and Dying, the show for millennials by millennials. We get real about chronic illness, burnout, nostalgia, and why we aren't exactly thriving. If that sounds like you, join us every Thursday for new episodes. Now back to the show. Speaking of scenes and movies, should we get to it? Let's get to it. Let's get this party started. So I... Made cards so if you're a little like a flippin floppin

around that's why. So we have a stack of cards that say seen a stack of cards that say genre and a stack of songs that say era is we're gonna do. We're going to take turns. We're each going to pick one of these cards. They're going to have a kind of movie scene that's like kind of, you know, like stereotypical something to do with it. They're going to have a kind of movie. So like a horror movie, a drama, whatever, and

an era of music. So you're going to have to pick a song from the era you get that you think would best fit into a scene from this movie. And you can be as creative or ridiculous as you like. Should we both do it? And then we pick who we think was best. I like that. Okay, cool. All right, so we're gonna take turns. It's gonna be a little chaotic, but that's what we do. Courtney, would you like to do a first? Sure. Okay. Based on what's on the other side. Okay. So my scene.

Okay. You're doing pottery with your dead lover. Oh, no. Okay, my genre teen romcom. Oh, no. And then the music is the 90s. Nice. Okay. Okay, so we need a song that would play while you sensually but age -appropriately made pottery with your dead lover. Maybe he died during states. I don't know. And it's in the 90s, which 90s was a great time for teen rom -coms. I mean, there were banging ones. I mean, I have a pretty good one, I think. Well, no, because they're dead. Okay, so that's

fucked up. No, wait, what is it? Pick that one. No. Do I want to be fucked up? You can do whatever you like, Courtney. Dreaming of you by Selena. It's great. Hey, did you hear? They denied the

parole for her shooter, Yolanda. Good. yeah i'm thrilled all right oh this i'm gonna do this one it's actually not gonna be great but i'm gonna do it anyway favorite songs of all time okay he's not gonna be home soon no because he's dead it's a great song Melissa Etheridge come to my window it came out in 93 so it worked yeah um yours is better I just really wanted to. Yeah, that's great. Mm -hmm. Good job. Thank you. Ten out of ten. Ten out of ten! Okay, I'll go next.

All right, I've got a horror movie in the early 2000s. Okay. Makeover montage, she's all that style. Okay. Let me just make sure that I'm correct. Because like obviously makeover montage, she's all that style in the early 2000s is prime. Yeah. But like adding the horror movie aspect, you got to be a little bit different. Well, you could or it could just be a really weird moment. I got it. I think I got it. I think I got it. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Let me just double check

my math. Yes, it counts. Okay, ready? Yeah. Toxic Britney Spears came out in 2003. It's girly and fun and empowering, but it also could be spooky. Okay, okay. Picking up what I'm putting down? I'm picking up what you're putting down. Okay, sick. Well, in my mind, here's how this movie goes and why this scene is happening. So, like, she gets a makeover because she has glasses on, so she's obviously ugly as fuck. Duh. And they're giving her the makeover. It's like, think Carrie.

Remember when they're real nice to her, and then it's just to fuck her up at prom, and then... You know, she kills everybody, spoiler alert. In my mind, they do this montage, they give her the makeover, whatever. This girl who's not very popular and wears glasses. And then she realizes that it's to be mean to her, like they set her up or something. And that's what leads to it being a horror movie because then she kills everybody. But instead of it being just like Carrie, I think

this girl kills people with her bare hands. Carrie's power just got out of hand. It's called Drop Dead Gorgeous. Oh. I think I win. I think you win. I think I win. Okay. Sorry, I was getting into it. I know. I have to stop you. Your turn. Okay. You're walking down the aisle at your happy ending wedding. Nice. Sports movie. Whoa. Perfect. Okay. 90s. There you go. Okay, walking down the aisle sports movie 90s. Okay, we need the director here. Ah, what a great song. I really don't know

any of it until the chorus. Savage garden, okay I Am gonna do this really I don't really think it really captures the sports thing, but I don't think it has to no I mean, it's Because it's you know, it's more about the romance here. We won the game and now we're gonna win life We're gonna we won that love. Yeah, we won the game and then we won the love. Oh, yeah Just make sure my math is math and it is One through three. Well, I mean, I think that encapsulates a little

more because like there's steps in games. Yeah, it's like a play. Yeah. Repeat the steps, win

the game, champions. And marriage. Yep. marriage is what brings us together today it's like it was like a really popular wedding song like i feel like they played that at all my aunt's weddings you can win that's fine okay yeah i like that one i do too i still like my truly mentally deeply that was a great i cannot say deeply well maybe stop well maybe stop okay here we go oh 2010s okay it's a teen rom -com love it Your crush shows up outside your bedroom window in the rain

with a boombox. Oh, like the say anything scene. Love that. So this could be a 2010s though. I mean, this is what I wanted to happen to me in high school. I was in high school in the 2010s. I need some we need something romantic. What if I picked like party rock and party rock is in the house. Have a good time. Go for it. And it's teen rom -com. Yes, teen rom -com. Okay. So I'm trying to look at stuff that I was like, it was like on the radio when I was in high school.

Wow! Good shit. Good shit. That's gonna be hard to top. Hang on. Because I mean, if if a guy in the 2010s put this song on, I'd be like, I love you forever. That's so sad. I know. Oh, shit. I like that one because high school was a hopeless place. So, but I want to pick yours, I think, because I'm picturing you. And it makes me so sad. I feel so sad for you. That would do it. Okay. So congrats. Thanks. I think they were both good picks though. Yeah, I think they're

both good picks. They would. Really encapsulated the 20s. But if it's like a boy. you know boombox situation that he's gonna pick T pay he is that's more accurate yeah that's more accurate mine is more like they wrote the movie and it doesn't make a lot of sense fight scene oh i circled that one okay fight scene horror movie okay late 80s oh this is a banger right here okay oh you got the trifecta i got the trifecta oh my god wait Wait, oh Can I have a pass to use an early

80s song, please? Please It's 80s. Oh, it's late 80s. Yeah, but I mean they could let's just do 80s 80s 80s Okay, then I have my song. Yeah, I think 80 because they would still use it It's like how you use the song that came out the end of the 90s for the early 2000s like They would still use it. Yeah, it's fine You do yours first, okay ready Love is a battlefield. So in my mind, it's actually it's a fight scene. But it's between it's between maybe lovers who are on opposite

sides good and evil, you know, or untady. Just do it. How would you fight to this, though? Like, this would be a weird beat to fight to. That's true, but another one bites the dust. Why don't we just say I won? Yeah. Good try. I'm really bad with horror. Yeah, you really are. You overthink things. You overthink everything. This is just how you live your life, dude. You overthink. Yeah, you're right. All right, my turn. All right. Another late 80s. Cool. I'm going to fail. Continue.

High -speed chase. Late 80s, high -speed chase. A coming -of -age drama. Ha! I got it. I mean, it seems not very high -speed chase. It seems like a chill. Maybe he is chill. That's my pick. I'm going with it. I love Tom Petty. It came out in 1989. It's a great driving song. It's an excellent fucking song to drive to. Like maybe the high -speed chase is at the end, like Thelma and Louise style, you know? So it's a high -speed chase, but it's also kind of peaceful. Because

they know they're gonna die. Yeah, you win. Good work. Danger zone! Hell yeah. Highway to the danger zone. Dun -dun -dun! Alright, a couple more each. Okay. You come face to face with the villain. Coming of age drama. Okay. A lot of leeway. 2010s. 2010s? Okay. Oh, face to face with the villain. Coming of age drama. So, okay. Coming of age drama with the villain. Yeah. It's you're bully in high school. Love it. Okay. Love it. Okay, I think I have one. Okay, go for it.

Go for it. I'm just taking a little looksy -loo. Okay. Because she goes up to her bully, but she's a dark horse and she can fend for herself. Fuck yeah. Because it's a coming -of -age. She realizes that she doesn't need to be afraid. I love that. I love that. I'm gonna go with... I feel like it's in it's like inspiring, but it's also like violent Because they're gonna fight they're gonna burn it to the ground. They're gonna fight. Yeah, I like both of them Probably both of them too.

Can we both win? Yeah, fuck it cuz you know what they're gonna be both in the movie. Yeah We we both win. We both win. We both win Okay, it's my turn. Yep sports movie. Okay Early 2000s you find out your boyfriend is the killer Okay, um So like when Sidney Prescott finds out That Billy

Loomis is ghostface. Okay, but it's a sports movie in the early 2000s See, this is what I was thinking when I realized it was gonna get weird Well, I mean obviously Are you already playing that though I did but it makes sense but I'll allow it No, I'll try to find something else. Okay I can't decide if I want the vibe here to be it's aggressive, like it's an aggressive moment, or it's sad. You know, because like maybe you're so sad about it, like you're devastated.

Or maybe you're like, angry, and you're ready to kill him. You know what I mean? Could be either one. All right, I'm kind of I'm kind of phoning it in here. But I'm going with I'm going with sad reflective, like, oh, my God, everything slows down. Okay, no. I'm going with that. And that's the vibe. And we just get a long look into her eyes. Because it's like, it's so complicated because you just thought you were training for states. And now he's a murderer. And it's sad

and reflective. okay so that's that's the tone i went with oh shit you win i can like see the camera like panning around and then i love it you win corny wins that was great i was thinking love the way you lie yes but that was 2010 yeah but still that's a good one yeah that's a good song bam I love it. It's probably my favorite Rihanna song. I really like the dishes. What? Dropping dishes. I'm not familiar. I don't know. Oh, I've heard this. Okay, yeah. I listen to

that when I clean and it gets me going. Hell yeah. But I'm not breaking dishes. I'm cleaning them. Cleaning dishes. Cleaning dishes. Anyways. So you do one more. I'll do one more. Your best friend is betraying you. Maybe I am. Quirky indie film. Yuck. I wrote these. Y2K. Oh, shit. So like 99 2000. Right in that sweet spot. Okay, 99 2000. Your best friend betraying you. Quirky indie film. I love that. Oh, fuck. Okay. So what vibe are you thinking with this one? Like what's

your scene? This is a great song. Oh my god, I Love this song. Everybody forgets about pinks R &B era. I love best era. Yeah, I love that she betrayed me Done. Yeah, it does feel like that. It feels like fuck you. Yeah, fuck you. Fuck you, rhythmically. Man, it doesn't even matter what I pick now. I want you to pick something good, though. I know, but I'm having a hard time. One of my favorite songs of Pink, like forever ago, not anymore, but was Hiccup. Oh, I love

that song. Why have you tried to tell you how it feels like a hiccup, cup, cup, it won't come, come. I had that song, There You Go, on my Hit Clips. Remember Hit Clips? And I had that song and I wore that shit out. I absolutely broke it. I loved it so fucking much. I'm having a hard time. Oh, I forgot with the movie. I forgot it was Quirky Andy. Yeah. Pink can be in quirky indie. I love it. And it's honestly like it then I think it was very popular, but it's one of

her lesser knowns. So it would make sense to be in like an indie, an indie movie. Okay, I'm gonna go with this one. It's not it's let me make sure that it's within the realm. Okay, I got one that came out in 97. Can I go with it? That's fine. Okay. It's more about love. But I feel like the vibe Okay. And also, it's like alternative, kind of. Criminal by Fiona Apple. One of those. I feel like it's... That's very indie, quirky. Right? It is. But you win. Just

because it's pink. Oh, no, it's a great pick. It's a great pick for the whole vibe. Yeah, but I do like that. It's very good for quirky. I agree. That alternative kind of like female red film. You get half win on this one. Thank you. Appreciate it. It's not like we're keeping score. No. Well then, should this be our last one? This will be our last one. Larry's run. I can't speak. Okay. 2010s. Your sweet spot. Yes. Horror movie? Horror. The credits roll. Whoa, end credit scene.

How appropriate. Okay, 2010s horror movie end credits. So the credits are gonna roll on this episode with this song also. I keep picturing that song at the end of Gosha. I mean, that's not 2010s. I know it was like 2003. But I just that's what I'm like hearing in my head. That's what I'm trying to channel here. Oh, I think I know what I want. How late in 2010s can we go? I think as long as you go you're like 2015 or under. I feel like that works. This is my

credits roll. Yep, that's all I wanted to hear. I think it, I think it's a good end. It's got that, the 2010s were big time for like that techno shit. You know, it really came out swinging. And I feel like that would be, what I'm thinking of with Ghost Ship is how it just like cuts to like scary end scene. I could see it just going like, fades to black. Sue! Cause that's what that's, I'm sorry AWOL Nation, my bad for ruining your fucking song. Sue! This is for all the marbles.

I know, this is why I'm just like fuck. As if we've been keeping score. I also really have to pee so I'm just like really struggling right now. Okay, well the sooner you pick a song the sooner you can pee. I feel like it's a great - I was obsessed with that fucking song too, I thought it was the coolest thing. Like, I can't. Like, I'm looking through songs. Okay. And I'm sitting here, like, I know the idea, but I can't find the correct song for what I want. So let

me paint a picture for you. Yeah, paint a picture. So, like, let's say it's Final Girl. Final Girl has killed the villain. Yeah. She stands up. She's covered in blood. She's taking, like, deep breaths, like, I did it. Bam! Fade to black. Not even fade. Cut to black. Solid, sharp cut. And then the credits start to roll. Sounds horrible to me. This is a great one. I love it. I love it. Even in this, the lyrics for this. Yeah. It says, yo, the song will never be on the radio.

Even if my click were to pick and the people were to vote. It's a few the proud and the emotional. The click is what 21 pilots fans are called. Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah, they literally said the song will never be on the radio in the lyrics. Well, which it should be fairly local is a great song. It's honestly every single song that they've ever made should be on the radio. Sure. Well, great pick. I still think you won. I think we both won. Okay, I think we both won. We both

won. What a great, ultimate millennial movie soundtrack we've made. Bam! I think we should just create a Spotify playlist of it. I will. Cool. And it'll be linked in our bio, so if you guys are following us on Instagram or TikTok, you can click that little linky link and find all our playlists for Millennial Music Trivia and everything else we've done, including this episode for the ultimate millennial movie soundtrack. Which I don't even know how many songs there

were. Only a few. I'll go through. The feud, the prowl, the emotional. Hell yeah, that's us. Alright. So thanks for listening and I guess we'll see you on the flippity flip. Bye!
