Mark Twain humorously (we hope) said, "If voting made any difference, they wouldn't let us do it." While that does sound terribly discouraging, we can only counteract that with George Jean Nathan, who said, "Bad officials are the ones elected by good citizens who do not vote". Elections are important and what is important always seems to involve Technology.
