Hey Spooksters! Today we are discussing the case of Janet Siclari. Janet was vacationing at Nags Head, NC with her brother and two friends when she was murdered. The next day, North Carolina's Outer Banks was evacuated because of Hurricane Emily. As the investigation went on, the murderer was identified in April 1997 through a DNA match to crime-scene evidence.
