Sean Duffy is a 16 year student of the craft and a Firefighter Paramedic for the City of Wyandotte in Southeast Michigan. He is a Co-Founder of Build Your Culture, Co host of Make Due Suburban Fireman podcast and the unlock your culture webcast. He has an Associates in Fire Science and holds many professional as well as technical certifications. Sean is also an active member of the Marion County Fools chapter and enjoys passing on knowledge gained from real world experiences, in an effort to leave the fire service better than he found it. He strongly believes in realistic fire training and preparation in order to have the most successful outcomes possible both on and off the fireground.
