Episode description
Nick Morgan, Captain with the St Louis MO Fire Department; total of 38 years in the fire service. Started with Worthington Volunteer Fire Department in a suburb of Louisville KY in March of 84, went into the USAF in October of 86 and was a USAF Firefighter until February 91. Came back home, rejoined Worthington fire until August 91, also worked for the KY State Reformatory during that time as a Corrections Officer. Was hired by the St Louis Fire Department on August 5th, 1991. Worked on Quint engines, Quint Ladder Truck, Heavy Rescue Squad, and the Airport; Was promoted to Fire Captain Oct 28th of 2010; had assignments to Engines, Quint Aerial Platform; Fire Investigation Unit, and lastly Truck (Quint) 30 and my current assignment at Engine 31.
