Sharon is the co-founder of #WomenInLearning, actively promoting women in learning and leadership, as well as supporting an awareness of gender equity and an environment committed to a more inclusive future. She’s worked extensively in a range of L&D and HRTech senior leadership roles for organisations large and small on both sides of the Atlantic.
