Heavy rain from tropical depression chan TAL has slammed central North Carolina, causing flash floods and major damage. In the Moore County town of Southern Pines, the long Leaf Dam broke, forcing evacuations and vehicle rescues. A tornado also touched down near Sandford, damaging planes and hangars at the Rawleigh Executive Jetport. According to authorities, the twenty three foot cabin cruiser was being towed at the time when it blew up around seven pm. Five of the seven victims had to be taken to nearby hospitals. PMZ reported the forty seven year old Wrapper born Ruflessly Cooper I reportedly died by suicide from an apparent self inflicted gunshot on Friday morning at Atlanta. Outlaws.
