This is your twenty four to seven use update, the latest use this hour. In just four minutes. It's another day of searching for rescue crews in the Texas Hill Country. Texas Governor Greg Abbot emphatically says they're still in the rescue stage and not in the recovery stage following deadly flooding in the central part of the state.

My instruction to every state agency involved in this is to assume everybody who is missing is alive, and there's a knee for speed, not just every hour, every minute counts, which is why there's people in the air, of people and the water, people on the ground right now, because they're looking to save every last live and we will not give up that effort.

Over fifty people were killed in Friday's catastrophic flooding northwest of San Antonio, including twenty eight adults and fifteen children, after severe flooding on the Guadalupe River. The remains of seven bodies have been recovered after an explosion at a California fireworks warehouse. Phil Ferrar has the latest.

Yello Accounty sheriffs and fire departments say arsen experts used a series of detonations to clear the way to search for those seven who were missing. Officials are confirming three of the bodies inside were brothers. That fatal explosion happened at the devastating Pyrotechnic Squarehouse. Authority say it was not permitted to house fireworks inside that structure. Investigators say that property was owned by a Yolo County Lieutenant Sheriff.

Tropical storm Chantala is now just seventy five miles east of South Carolina and is creating stormy conditions along the coast. Shantala is now packing top winds of fifty miles per hour as it's expected to make landfall sometime Sunday morning. It's set to bring heavy rain, rip currents, and strong surf to both South and North Carolina, and tens of thousands of heavy metal fans showed up Saturday night for

the final performance of Ozzy Osbourne. The rock legend reunited with his banded Black Sabbath at a Pack Soccer stadium in Birmingham, England, Saturday for a day long heavy metal festival called Back to Beginning, which featured a lineup of rock superstars. I'm Jim Forbes. Elon Musk says he's forming a new political party. He announced the creation of the America Party on x Saturday, a day after posting a poll asking users if they support making a new party.

Musk said the party will give Americans quote back your freedom the world's richest man. Went on to say the party would caucus independently and could focus on a few seats in the Senate and the House of Representatives. It's not clear if the party has been officially registered. Seven people in Georgia were hurt on the fourth of July after a boat exploded on Lake Lanier north of Atlanta. Lisa Taylor has this story.

According to authorities, the twenty three foot cabin cruiser was being towed at the time when it blew up around seven pm. Five of the seven victims had to be taken to nearby hospital. Officials also confirmed those injured suffered second and third degree burns. There's no word on what caused the explosion. I'm se Tailor.

Police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two people dead and several others wounded in downtown Indianapolis. The gunfire erupted just before one thirty am as officers responded to a separate disturbance in the area. One person was dead at the scene. Six others, including three adults and three juveniles, were taken to the hospital, where one of

the juveniles later died. Seven people were detained for questioning, and a member of the Philadelphia Eagles first Super Bowl championship team is battling a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Brian Brahman played seven seasons in the NFL from twenty eleven to twenty seventeen. The linebacker spent his first three seasons with the Houston Texans before finishing his career with
