Some of those unaccounted for our children from Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp for girls near Kerrville, Texas. Hundreds of children were at the camp when as much as ten inches of rain fell, causing the Guadalupe River to flood. The rushing water destroyed homes, campsites, and RV parks.
Officials have conducted more than one hundred and sixty air rescues. A total of eight hundred and fifty uninjured and eight injured people so far been rescued. As of this morning. Two people are dead and several others wounded in an early morning shooting in downtown Indianapolis. Police say the gunfire erupted just before one thirty am as they were already investigating a separate disturbance in the area. One person was
dead at the scene. Six others, including three adults and three juveniles, were taken to the hospital, where one of the juveniles later died. Seven people were detained for questioning. Indianapolis police say there were a large number of unsupervised teens on the streets downtown when the shooting began. President Trump says the US will soon begin notifying countries about
their new tariff rates. Trump told reporters early Friday that over the next five days, the White House will send letters to dozens of countries would take it in hundreds of billions of dollars on tariffs. Trump speaking at the America two fifty kickoff event in Iowa. The president's ninety day tariff moratorium ends next week. He said Friday that some countries could face rates as high as seventy percent.

Tax credits for electric vehicles will expire September thirtieth under the sweeping spending bill passed this week by Congress. Michael Kashner reports.
That includes a seventy five hundred dollars credit for buying or leasing a new electric vehicle and the four thousand dollars credit for US devs. A Harvard University analysis estimated ending their credits will save the government about one hundred seventy billion dollars over a decade while reducing electric vehicle market penetration by six percent.
