Dozens of people are dead and many remain missing following catastrophic flooding in central Texas. So far, the dead include twenty eight adults and fifteen children in Kirk County alone. More bodies have been found in neighboring counties as well, with the New York Times reporting fifty two total deaths. Texas Governor Greg Abbott is still holding out hope that rescue crews will find survivors.

And there's a need for speed, not just every hour, every minute counts, which is why there's people in the air, of people and the water, people on the ground right now, because they're looking to save every last live and we will not give up that effort.

Many of those missing our children from a private Christian camp northwest of San Antonio. Heavy rain and the threat of dangerous flash flooding continues for the area. Loss appears to be edging closer to a ceasefire deal with Israel. A Palestinian official on Friday described Moss's reaction to the deal as positive. The Gaza Deal, which includes a sixty day ceasefire on the Gaza Strip, is being brokered by

the United States. New York Governor Kathy Hochel is declaring congestion pricing a huge success and says it's creating a better life for New Yorkers. Lisa Selvadi with more.

Hochel says that in its first six months, congestion pricing has reduced traffic, boosted business, and increased ridership on mass transit. She added it has also raised revenues to allow for critical capital improvements to subways, buses, the Long Island Railroad, and Metro North commuter lines, and is on track to reach the forecast at five hundred million dollar mark by the year's end. Congestion pricing went into effect January fifth.

Musk said the party will give Americans quote back your freedom. I'm Rob Bartier, official say a family of three was struck by lightning while under an umbrella out of Florida Beach. Saint Pete Beach Fire Rescue responded to the Friday lightning strike and rendered

emergency aid. Two adult victims were looked at on scene and refused further treatments. A seventeen year old girl was taken to Tampa General Hospital. No updates were provided on her condition. Photos from the scene show a badly burned and damaged umbrella. Friday marked five years since a Toledo police officer was shot and killed in the line of duty. Shawn Gallagher reports.

Friday marked five years since Toledo Police officer Anthony Dia was shot and killed in the line of duty after responding to reports of an intoxicated man in the parking lot of a home depot. Officer, DIA's wife and her sons spent the fourth of July handing out one hundred eighteen free hot dogs to those in the community. As one eighteen was DIA's unit number. She also wore custom made tennis shoes with the unit number.

A series of shark sighting in New York has left public officials monitoring the waters. The shark sightings led to a temporary beach closure on the fourth of July. The sightings happened along the shores of Rockaway Beach. Officials with NYC Emergency Management teamed up with lifeguards to monitor the sharks using drones before ending the hour long beach closure. Before the holiday weekend, New York Governor Kathy Hochel worn visitors to Long Island State Park beaches to be vigilant

in the water. Joey Chesnutt has reclaimed his title as the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Champion. Chestnut devoured over seventy hot dogs in ten minutes on Friday to reclaim the Mustard Belt on New York's Coney Island after missing last year's contest over a sponsorship deal. His total came up short of his world record of seventy six hot dogs. Nearly fifty thousand electric chainsaws and pole saws are being recalled due to laceration hazards. The recall was issued Thursday

by Posi Tech Tool Corporation. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the main switch on the corded chainsaws and pole saws can fail and allow the saw to continue to run even after the switch is released. I'm Rob Martyr
