of live but not really live by from East Starton, Michigan. It's their Freedom Festival and two seventeen recoveries out here, and we are just about to break the world record for how many podcasts, which is three to be done in a day in northern Michigan in three different locations. And I don't even know I'm feeling so emotional. I'm feeling almost drained because this record. It's taken so much out of me today and I had other stuff to do,
and it's hard to concentrate when you're you're breaking records all day. Man joining me is the crew we have Adam Stevens. Adam, how are you doing? Man? Dude, I feel honored, and I just I want to think of my parents, should and God for definitely. You know, without him, I never would have been able to get here, to be on this podcast with me. mean three years ago you never would have imagined it. I'm gonna be doing a record breaking podcast of Corey Winfield out in East Jordan at Freedom Festival, I mean Freedom Festival breaking records. Man, No, I never would have believed it. So this is this is incredible. Well, next guy down the line I gotta get to is Jeremy. Jeremy, how are you doing? Man? Somehow, all of the shade from our tent has made its way to the plot next to us. Should we just keep moving our tables over? Like you guys are all up in fort to area Fort Turret. breaking podcast. By the way, we're doing something that we're talking about it all day. Yeah, it's just just amazing. Yeah. So they had a tent and I think the husband got blamed for taking the top off because yeah, so they take the top off. It's easy if you just leave the top on and then you just fold it up these pop up tents or
whatever. But they took it off and then they we watched her get the tent out earlier and there's, yeah, there's just no top, and then it's no top anywhere, and so she called her husband and came out tops so that her husband was that friend's husband. M M, that's still the husband, because there's there was a whole bunch of extra stuff that she is. She told us that, well, she told you that, Jeremy, she did twice. Just let's not wear capes tonight, guys. Okay,
I wanted to say that the whole time. You know, I used the services at hand, though I said it was not part of my treatment program. I'll stop be doing any hand services either. They don't you know her, I should no whatever, All right, guys, so let's reel it back in Tyrone. Come over here, my mand Hey, I know you just here just putting at the white kids and laughing. The center just dropped down and I think it hit her in the head. So there's four guys sitting around. Are easy up? I mean eighty bucks or sixty But whatever it was is well worth it. Now their shade is much bigger this. This must be like a twelve by twelve. Yea ours is a ten by ten. No, that's bigger than a twelve by twelve, is it? I think?
Well, we have liability insurance, so if you hit our tent, that's fine. We'll just file a claim. That would work. Why don't the men help? I just heard and it's fine. My boss told me to do no, no, no, no, no. This is twenty twenty three. It's equal stuff going on here. Heck, yeah, there's a Woman's month there is. It's like, hey, it's National Woman's Month. And so we're gonna we got the wireless that we're gonna go out in a little bit. We got five more minutes before we got record breaking stuff going on. But uh, who's going out live with the wireless? Are we gonna? Because we do have technology now to we can send two people out the
same time, Tyrone, That interests him. Jeremy said, he's down. Yeah, man, did you perfect, Adam? You know that won't turn out very exciting. We'd be like, hey, we're here at Freedom Fest, it would you like to buy a shirt? No, that's all you would say. I think that's why Justin didn't come because we didn't we didn't have shirts from the Sail to Sail. We got a boat going on.
Justin couldn't sell shirts, so he didn't want to come out here. The ideal was awesome though, the shirt with the shirt on the shirt you like that. Yeah. Somebody was like, did you mean to do that? Was that you? Yeah? Yeah? And I was like, yeah, I mean it's like working great, that's awesome. We talked about doing a shirt on a shirt that's on a shirt that's on a shirt in the Affinity
shirt, and then we had to make the QR code on it. So like if you see, like if Tyrone was We're going, I could just scan a shirt and I could buy that shirt. All right, Tyron's gonna bring people over to the scan of qrrow on a shirt. Yeah. Yeah, they make air tags, so yeah, we have a few shirts like that. But yeah, it would just be like Infinity like you would just keep scanning and with the shirt anyway, So you guys, we're out here.
It is Freedom Fest and the reason why we're out here for real is to let East Jordan know about our services, you know, with a two seventeen recovery center and the recovery coaches and justin Mitch Adam. There's a brochure with all of you in it. And it was funny earlier because Mitch was like, hey, you have some pictures of us blah blah blah. Said, well, you can take them and then set them to me. I'll take the background out and you can put them on there. You said,
cool, and I don't know. A half hour later, sorry, Jeremy's vap in there. Yeah, it's in the microphone. That's cool though it's his first time. I'm new to this record. If you record breaking podcast, there's gonna be like eight people listening and they're gonna hear that. So I'm a Star Wars fan. There you go. So anyway, what I was talking about was the message that Mitch sent and I was like, hey, yeah, I'll send him back to you. So I so I did.
I took the background and send him back and say, hey, will you take Adams or take off Adam's door knob? And I'm like, so, I'm thinking, like, okay, there's some inappropriate about this picture. So I pulled up your picture. I zoom into your crotch, Adam, and I'm like, what what's her time aboutthers? I don't see like nothing going on? And I look over right elbow and there's actually a door knob
that did not get deleted from that blackground. So I'm like, oh, I just looked at adams crotch for for nothing, So ing going on there? I didn't. It was not like, Okay, I thought you said you're never gonna do that again. But do what? Yeah, stare at a crotch. I'll have to get all up in it. Oh, I don't know. Adam like stops. Yeah, yeah, that's awesome. So Tyrone's gonna go get us some people and buy that. He's gonna bring them
over and you know, we're introduced ourselves to the community. But who came up with your bio? Because I noticed in the brochure like Justin's on the left hand, Like you open it up, it's like a trifold. It's Justin and the on the left, Mitch, you're in the middle, adamute to the right. Who decided placement of that? I did? Mention did?
Yeah? Okay? And who wrote your because there's like a little about me kind of section in there, which that was a real fun experience because I said, you know, if I got to put this brochure together, guys, I would like some help. So I like to you guys to write a little I think I used your terminology, use a little blurb. And they just sent me their bios. Said I was gonna say, I was gonna say, did they just go to their website and then just put the both of them? Yes? I'm like no, I took some out.
Justin's was literally his bio from the website, and I was like, dude, that's going to be the whole page. I need like this much, just just like real small. Well, you don't have a QR code to their pages, do you? You don't have a QR asn't know. There's some QR codes, but you didn't have a QR code to like actually take them to their pages. Yeah, so what why why to read their bio? Again? They're full bio and they can get to their blogs that
they're very active in writing. Yeah, I mean it takes us take them to our website and any other resources that are there, and they are our peer recovery coaches, so they can get there and you get to them. And and uh, I seem somebody said some put QR codes on there to get to our pages, and that is how we translated that. Yeah, that's that's exactly what I wanted. But I just think like it, like
if I would if I was gonna do it. You guys, I tell the story about when I was deer hunting when I was a young man, and how I'll starred by killing that dear and it's shent me to age, and then I aren't drinking a lot. I want to treatment a bunch. I'd say, just like that, like the talk, So that way people knew and I would pick a great funny font that people to understand that it was funny. It's that way they would connect with me more when they scanned
