Very rarely is anything absolutely, truly urgent. Taking a few minutes to gain clarity and not being reactive to perceived urgency can lead to a more proactive approach and less stress. Also, make informed choices rather than taking decisions, and trust the intuition to make the right decision most of the time. This approach leads to a state of flow and less resistance in decision making.
