Episode description

Tara is a Registered Massage Therapist who recently recovered from a pretty serious covid infection. At one point she was feeling like she might not make it. After recovering, she came out with a new lease on life and decided to start living life differently and achieving goals. She tells us her story of getting into massage school as a single mom and making sacrifices, to her recent battle with covid and how it forced her to clean out her physical and mental space and make changes. A woman who never thought she could own a car or home, who never thought she could reach goals, has discovered that many more things can be possible. She also talked to us about POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) which she is now dealing with post covid and how it has been affecting her new way of living. Some close to her have shown concern but Tara says she’s just grateful to be alive and start reaching her goals.
