Jaime is a Registered Kinesiologist in Toronto and a repeat guest on our couch. On her last visit she spoke about being peoples last resort when it comes to rehabilitation and this time we asked her if that is where her practice lies now. Jaime likes being the underdog and finding the clients who don’t know how to exercise, are afraid of exercise, aren’t sure what to do or where to start. She loves working with other practitioners and positioning herself to be the missing link in a patients circle of care to really take their health and wellness to the next level.
