Nic comes from the world of yoga and is now a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing for a few years. In her short career she has learned a lot and has a lot to share about massage and yoga. We have some mutual friends and colleagues who have been on the podcast and Nic wanted her turn to sit on the couch behind a mic and drop some knowledge.
