Dealing with Abusive People in Positions of Power, with guest Kelly

Kelly contacted us to ask if we had recorded an episode about what to do when school administrators, teachers, clinic owners, or bosses abuse their power to manipulate and intimidate the people that look to them for guidance. We didn’t have an episode that discussed this so we invited Kelly to come sit on our couch to talk about her personal experiences with power tripping people who became abusive towards her and how she dealt with it. Kelly admits that she didn’t initially recognize how these people in positions of power were being manipulative and narcissistic, and wants to warn others about some of the things to look out for if you feel that you’re being mistreated or taken advantage of.
