Are Our Children Resilient? With guest Liz

Liz is a Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta but is originally from Ontario. In her practice lately she has been treating a lot of front line workers who have made comments about the mental health of children. It got Liz thinking about the impacts on our littlest people with everything happening in our world today and printed her to do some research. As much as we keep hearing “kids are resilient” the statistics she found and stories from those working with our kids tell a very different story.
