Justin finished "The Punisher" which means the boys can finally talk about it in all its splendor and spend a good deal of time doing so. After that it's on to talk of Justin's upcoming adventure to a Writer's Guild event to honor Len Wein, comics and what the best and worst Christmas songs are.
After a long and tumultuous production, "Justice League" finally hit theaters. Hear what The Geeks have to say about it! Also, "The Punisher" dropped on Netflix and Matt couldn't stop watching it. On top of that, there's some talk about "The Flash," "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," "South Park" and more!

Matt and Justin both got in a few horror movies, "Thor: Ragnarock" is coming out this week, "Justice League" and "The Punisher" set to be released on the same day and MORE! Spoooooky!
It's been a slow week, but The Geeks did watch the season premiers of "The Flash" and "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend." The first trailer for "New Mutants" is surprising and potentially promising. Justin watched the trailer for "The Last Jedi" but Matt didn't. Neither of our heroes has watched nearly enough horror this October.
In this bonus episode, Matt is joined by his friend Paul Sating, creator of the podcasts "Atheist Apocalypse," "Subject: Found," "Diary of a Madman," and "Who Killed Julie?" to talk about creativity, writing, podcasting and the like.

The Geeks are excited about cartoons this week! First they talk about this week's "Rick and Morty" before moving on to the first episode of the twenty-first season of "South Park"! Then they talk a bit about comics and old cartoons before listing the fictional universes they'd most like to live in.
"It" came out and, man, are The Geeks ready to talk all about it! Also, Justin read a couple comics, Matt is slowly but surely watching "Game of Thrones" (finally!), South Park is coming back soon, "The Fractured But Whole" is just around the corner and so much more!
Matt asks Justin about what kinds of super powers he'd like to have. Justin read some comics and discovered a cool card game. Matt dubs "Poop: The Game" the official game of the show. Other things.
Matt went to Vermont Comic Con and talks a bit about that. Both the Geeks read some comics! Toy talk, "Rick and Morty" talk, "South Park" talk, "Duck Tales" talk, all the usual talk. Plus, can YOU figure out the secret message the title refers to? IS there a secret message? We're not telling!
Matt and Justin get some of the more uninteresting stuff out of the way before moving on to give a full spoiler-ific review of the latest offering from Netflix and Marvel Studios: "The Defenders."
Due to conflicting work schedules, The Geeks are unable to record a regular episode but Justin, not wanting to leave our excellent listeners hanging, opens up more about his journey from living in a tiny Vermont town to living in L.A. in hopes of achieving his dream of becoming an actor. "Spider-Man: Homecoming" came out and of course the boys went to see it because Spider-Man is Justin's favorite superhero and Matt's second favorite! So did they love it? Hate it? Think it was just good? Find out! Also, Matt finds a strange picture of erotic art featuring Miss Piggy and Kermit then pitches a funny business idea to Justin.
This might come out on the 4th of July, but it was recorded much earlier, so to heck with a special episode! Our boys prattle on as usual, but Matt can't remember about what, so it's not in this description. You can bet they talk about comics, toys, movies, Rick and Morty and farts.
