#232: Rogerstone AFC Ladies

Welcome back, Exiles! Another pod of two halves for you - the first half is a quick news roundup from Ed, featuring reviews from Hwyligan of County's pre-season draw at Pontypridd, and from Ollie of the win at Undy.

Then, in part two, we unveil our local team in focus for 2025/26. We're really excited about the prospect of covering Rogerstone AFC Ladies who, as you'll hear in the interview, enter only their second season together. But although only a new side, they're a wonderful bunch with incredible team spirit, and they represent everything we love about sport. We look forward to tracking their progress through the season, and we encourage you to do the same - give them a follow on social media and keep across their fixtures via the Cymru Football app.
