The Gospel Of Sam 2: Chapter 26 - Those That Fall Before Me

Sam teleports himself, Gabriel, Michael, Wei Jin, Cain, and the Ruiz family to a location two thousand yards off the coast of Dover, Delaware, hovering above the ocean. Sam is hesitant to set foot on U.S. soil due to his violent past in the country, and the group discusses their next steps. Victor proposes a bold plan: teleporting directly into the President’s office to speak with him and assess the situation without causing chaos. While the plan is risky, Gabriel supports it, seeing its unexpected nature as an advantage. Cain and Michael offer warnings, urging caution, especially given Sam’s history of impulsive actions, such as the one that led to Julia's death. After weighing his options, Sam decides to proceed with Victor’s plan. He teleports Victor alone to the White House, explaining that he will channel his power through Victor to communicate, as Sam’s presence would cause chaos.
