Episode description

In this episode, we (Josh and Has) talk about overwhelm. We discuss how it can show up differently for different people - resilience goes into overdrive for Has, and for others it brings other things like wellbeing to the fore.

We talk about the role that both individuals and organisations have to play to deal with stress and burnout.

From there, we go deep into the topic of poverty and particularly around children, where in the UK today, 1 in 3 children grows up in poverty.

We talk about celebrity gurus and their often out of touch comments being communicated to hundreds of thousands (sometimes millions) of followers, and the impact this has on the most vulnerable parts of society.

We're unapologetically raising the debate around the privilege and oppressive structures  - please listen, but more importantly, take a call to action to do something about it if it moves you.
