Graceless swimming, restful learnings and COA week

We (Josh and Has) have an altogether different conversation this week.  We talk about mustard yellow being one of Has's favourite colours, storm Eunice, erratic swimming before we get into the meaty topic of rest and recuperation.

We discuss the value of rest on us as humans through exploring what Has learnt from his week of last week. This leads us to a conversation on gruelling work schedules and where responsibility lies for dealing with this - is it the individual or employer?

It's a rounded discussion with some personal tips on how to makes the most of a restful week and carry it on when you get back.

Reasons to be cheerful is an important one this week as Josh talks about his incredible work during COA week 2022.
