Episode description

In this episode, we (Josh and Has) begin talk about the virtues of sparkling water in Josh's battle with carbonated drinks. Thankfully, we move on from that pretty quickly in the deeper topic around self value and not seeing what others see in us.

We explore why we find it more difficult to identify our value vs our ability to spot our flaws. From there, we move into the power of re-framing thoughts.

Has then asks Josh to think about our natural 'default' settings - possibly our truest authentic self, when that shows up and how to manage it.

From there we explore the concept of AND vs OR - the ability to hold two (maybe sometimes opposing) views concurrently.
