Russian Foreign Policy Since 1991–The Road to War and Beyond w/ Prof. Troitskiy

In this episode of 1050 Bascom, we were grateful for the opportunity to talk to Mikhail Troitskiy, Professor of Practice at UW-Madison. Prof. Troitskiy will be teaching a course called Russian Foreign Policy Since 1991: The Road to War and Beyond in the fall. Prof. Troitskiy’s research focuses on conflicts, security, and politics in Eurasia, Russian foreign policy and U.S.-Russia relations as well as arms control and international negotiation. We asked Prof. Troitskiy about his research and teaching interests as well as the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We enjoyed our conversation with Prof. Troitskiyand learned so much.
