Episode 139: Lessons from the Year

The end of the year is always a good time to reflect on our growth and the things we are learning while we are here on earth. Most of us think we know the way things should go, but life is always giving us the exact lessons we need. Everything happens FOR us, and I think it’s always valuable to stop and notice and remember the lessons that you got this year that you could get in no other way.

In today’s episode, I share some of the most important lessons of my year, the things I am most grateful to have learned in the hopes that these thoughts will help you do your own reflection and see the incredible miracle of your own earthly learning experience.
