How to be a Good Listener

When it comes to leadership, we usually focus on the message that we are communicating. But, people don't care what you know until they know how much you care. So, in order to have influence in people's lives, they have to believe that we care about them. One of the best ways to let people know that you care is to listen to them. But, listening is hard.
