We all want to lead great teams or groups. No leader has ever said, “I want the people I lead to be mediocre.” We want to be as effective as possible and reach our goals. One thing that will determine if our teams and groups are winning or not is the dreaded “A” word…accountability. It is typically seen as a bad word, but it determines the level of our performance because what we tolerate determines what we create.
