The teenager who went on a stabbing rampage at a Toronto massage parlour earlier this year has been hit with terrorism-related charges.
The teen’s case marks the first time terrorism charges have been laid in connection with the ideology known as incel, or involuntary celibate, a woman hating online subculture.
