Canada's human smuggling park

At the U.S. Canada border between B.C. and Washington, there’s a park where you can freely meander between countries so long as you don’t leave the stretch of grass. But that free movement has allegedly been exploited by a B.C. man who is accused of bringing people into the country illegally using that park.
