Julia Fabris McBride is the Interim President and CEO as well as the Chief Leadership Development Officer of Kansas Leadership Center. 

She is co-author with Ed O’Malley of the recently published book “When Everyone Leads”

The Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) is a one of a kind, non-profit organization committed to fostering leadership for stronger, healthier and more prosperous Kansas communities and around the world. 

Julia shares what she has learned about developing adaptive leadership capacity in the state of Kansas and beyond. Why civic leadership is important and what can happen when individuals marry the choice to lead with the capacity to to mobilize communities.
