Sufferless

The world feels heavy right now.

There’s no shortage of stress, overwhelm, or noise—and most of us are just trying to find a little room to breathe.

I’m Tim Tamashiro—an author, speaker and… well, a part-time monk.

I’ve spent years exploring how to suffer less and live with more peace, clarity, and ease. Not by escaping the world, but by learning how to be present in it.

This podcast is a space to pause. To reflect. And to gently shift away from unnecessary suffering.

Each episode shares simple, honest ideas that help you:

  • Notice what’s really causing your stress
  • Rewire the default settings in your mind
  • Practice presence in small, doable ways
  • Build a kind relationship with yourself
  • And remember that happiness often returns when we stop chasing it

This isn’t self-help hype. It’s something quieter.

A reminder that you don’t have to be perfect to find peace—you just have to be willing to notice.

Welcome to Sufferless with A Part-Time Monk.

Let’s take a breath together.

And remember: peace is possible with practice.
