Sadly after months of underachieving KPI's Chris administers a much needed 360 review on Duncan's performance as a pastor. The results aren't good, but we all knew that Duncan spends most of his time lowering the bar of expectations for pastors and churches. Chris kindly administers the beating with pool noodles and we can all be gracious he's so sweet and kind. Coincidently Chris is writing a book "The Pool Noodle of Justice for Jesus".
