Welcome back! I've been on a hiatus of sorts. Life got really crazy really fast. I've changed the name of my podcast as you can see. It was previously 'My Life As A Massage Therapist', but I don't want to limit myself to just massage talking.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and say I'm the world's most interesting person by any means. I just need to get things off my chest sometimes. And I want to leave something behind for my children when they're older and I'm no longer around. So, sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee with me, and have a great day.

I cry a lot in this one. It's hard to listen to. But I describe my experience in the hospital and what my Cesarian was like. I didn't go into great detail because I couldn't compose myself half the time.
Trigger warning if you are a new parent or are sensitive to dark topics. This episode is about watching a video involving the death of a baby by drug addicted parents.
I woke up this morning and just rambled on about various things. Sometimes I make no sense to myself. Anyway, enjoy your day. Hope you had a merry Christmas and will have a happy new year. Be safe!
I talk a little bit about my mom in this episode and what's going on. I will say it may be a trigger warning for people who've experienced manipulation trauma or maybe just parents in general is a sensitive subject. Again, this Podcast is mostly for me to vent and just get things off my chest. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and way of thinking. I ask you please respect mine and I will respect yours. Be kind always. I will still love you.
In this episode I ask myself questions I found on the internet and I answer them. Basically taking to myself because that's what a stay at home mom does when their child is asleep, right?
Join me with some coffee this morning as I go over my experience with back pain and, more specifically, pain between C7 and T1. I will also ramble about planning for a new career and ask you questions about your thoughts on chiropractic care.
