Above, Down, Inside, and Out Featuring Mike Lynch

Ep. 91 Today at TFP Studios, I got to sit down with Mike Lynch, owner and friend at Adio Health Chiropractic in Boulder, CO. The word "adio" stands for "above, down, inside, and out" and the company places its focus on restoring optimal health through a properly functioning nervous system. Several people associate chiropractors as a type of "witch doctor" if you will. However Mike has personally opened my eyes to the incredible benefits that his practice can have on my health, so much so that I want to make sure the world can be exposed to the same concept through Mike's story.
