¶ Episode Update from Vegas
Welcome back to a brand new episode of Subscription Box Answers . Now , on today's episode , it's actually going to be a shorter episode because I'm currently on my holidays in Vegas . I've gone to Vegas for a week and I'm just recording this episode before I go with just an update from a tool I recommended a few episodes back called Stunning .

¶ Stunning Tool Results & Benefits
is , I highly recommend listening to an episode from a while back . It's only a few episodes back where I covered it in detail , but to quickly recap on it , this is a domain tool to help you recover more failed payments . That's pretty much it . Okay , they've been running for a long time . We used to use them in the past .
Then they stopped working with Subli , but now there's a new Subli integration . Okay , a new Subli integration . We started testing this tool back in November . November , I believe , was the first time we plugged the tool in . I was looking at our churn over the last few months .
This has now been recorded in April and I can see on average , our churn has dropped by 2% each month since we started using this tool . Now I can't say that's down 100% to this tool . There's no way for me to know that .
Okay , literally no way to know that , um , but it's a good sign , okay , a really good sign that our churn has come down by two percent . And what I found really interesting was and this is one of the reasons why I'm always recommending using software
¶ Final Thoughts & Next Episode
such as ChartMogul or BearMetrics or ProfitWell to look at your analytics . You're able to filter by plans . So I took out all of the free box offers and deep discount offers we were running and I wanted to see what was happening to the churn without those included since stunning got pulled in .
And I can see the churn rate is down by two percent and I can see a lot of cards are getting recovered through stunning . So that's what's happening for us in buster box . I don't work for stunging . I'm not paid by stunging , nothing like that at all . I just use this podcast to share what's working for us .
So , yeah , just wanted to record this quick episode . If you're looking for a new dungan provider or failed payments are a problem for your subscription box business . Let's face it . They're a problem for every subscription business , and passive churn can account for up to 40 percent of overall churn for a lot of subscription businesses .
You should take a look at Stunnin . There's another integration as well for Churn Buster , but we haven't got around to testing that just yet . But I've heard good things about Churn Buster as well .
