Based in Hong Kong, Victor Yim leads the global fraud solutions for TransUnion's Asia Pacific region as Products Director. In 2017 he successfully launched the first document forensic and biometric-based e-KYC solution for individuals into Hong Kong. This technology has powered the first remote bank account opening service in the city and has been adopted by many major financial institutions, including a few virtual banks.
