Hi, I'm Terry Cook and you are listening to the 1 minute driving instructor Tips podcast, the show that helps you become a better Adi in under two minutes. And this show is part of the Instructor podcast network. Find out more@theinstructorpodcast.com today is tip number 42 and we've got another tip recorded live at the expo, this time from LDC's Gemma McArdleigh. Hello, my name's Gemma McArdle.

I'm from LDC learner driving centres and my tip for driving instructors would be to read the small print. Make sure that you understand anything that you're signing up to. Please don't rely on what somebody tells you over the phone or in person. At the end of the day, read the small print. Whether that is a franchise agreement, it could be a car finance agreement, which also quite a few people can get trapped by. Please make sure you read the small print.

Do not go for what somebody says, just make sure you read it. If you don't understand it, ask questions. That's the most important thing. And if the person is upfront and straight with you, then you can know that you sign them to something good. So I hope you found this tip useful. And for more advice on becoming a better adihe hit, subscribe and join me every Monday on the 1 minute drive, the instructor Tips podcast. And to find out more head to theinstructorpodcast.com.
