EMPOWERED RECOVERY ("ER") is protecting our sobriety, trauma healing, and spiritual growth from the toxic emotion of shame, or a feeling that our trauma and/or addiction means we are flawed, defective, and unworthy of acceptance and love.
In this series, WE empower recovery together by learning how to identify, remove, and shift shame-based thoughts and emotions from being harmful and separating, to being healing and connecting. Let's lower the number of addiction and mental health related emergency room (ER) visits and empower recovery instead by banning all shame related to such struggles both within and around us, manifesting a more healed, compassionate, and supportive world for all!
