Helen and Danni learn how he went from a respected law student - with charismatic charm and a delightful smile - to captivating America by brutally murdering at least thirty victims. There's a lot to unpack in this episode, including Ted's multiple prison escapes (HOW THOUGH?), and what might have gone wrong in his childhood for him to commit such horrific and vicious crimes.
