Hello and welcome to my podcast. Is your Ted Talk. I hope you are doing well. Recently, I've done my fundamental goes on the Microsoft certified Dynamics 365. It was like a good journey and I learned a lot about fundamentals, the basic concepts of fundamentals of what it is. Dynamics is and why we use it and what are the use cases? And case studies, we would like
to use it for. So the event through the certification and the certification actually covers, although you do have like a certification for various plants by event for CRM. And in that one, I learned about something about how The Dynamics 365 works with the Marketing sales, customer services field services, and learn more about the future. The name of the exam is it suffer is called mb-910. And pretty straightforward.
Talk about me a week to study about this exam, and then did my certification and passed in the post go. And it's very non-technical side of it. If you are from the non-technical background, you can Learn about this thing and easily pass through this examination. If you're stepping into your Dynamics world of Microsoft, then I think this is the first one where you have to start with probably some of the topics which they covered in. This one is starting from like
customer engagement apps. What are those apps Gophers about like the data Wars, how you can integrate some of the options available for managing customers and activities starting from these ones and then going into detailed components view which is all about like starting with the marketing. What is done? Amex marketing is wow you can Make the marketing walk with them emails, the task the journeys, you can create and how you work with the lead generation as well.
And what are the capability of different features available in the marketing? Like, for example, customer voice, customer insights, how do you check them? Are you to manage it? Then going into much details about the component of sales? What is sales, the lifecycle of it? How you? Teach them, how do you create the code and invoices to deliver to your end customers and then they told you about something about like, what is forecasting? How do you do that?
And that navigation sales, Navigator and sales insides. So these are the some of the things which has been covered in the sales and then this is another topic, which goes deeply into customer services which include. How do you manage them case management? Knowledge articles service level agreements. And I'm going further into how you see the omni-channel, the historical analytics for your customers, and these are all the details in the customer section both.
Then the last section, which comes in which is called Field Services. The field services, actually explore about like Dynamics 360 console Services order life cycle, insect in the inspections. What is the process of inspecting, those items which are residing at the customer? Our locations. How do you schedule some resources? How do you use the resource scheduling optimization and how do you manage the assets and how do you connect those assets with
the film services? So this is all actually it went through these components and what it covers for you actually in this exam is like you should be able to understand the capabilities of Dynamics 365 post. Engagement validate your skills, business operations and customer engagement demonstrate capabilities of Engagement capabilities to move into the next level. My personal experience on this one.
This is was very easy straightforward to take the exam, any non technical person should be able to pass it. And there is no any kind of technical elements. No coding or anything. The is actually covered in this one. So you should be fine.
And if you're stepping into your Dynamics world, I think you should be able to pass it straight away and as it covers very high level I don't find it very technical so it's like a first baby step I would say learn about the many Dynamics by. It does not covered from the technical point of view. I was a bit kind of not happy. With this exam because it is not covered anything. From the developer point of view.
I hope they have a few courses coming in line which covers from the developer point of view but it's more like a non technical point of view to an keep. You understand how the Dynamics is, what is it? I personally did not know about the Dynamics and when I learned about it so I figured out the whole product so it more focuses on the product. Or rather than the technical details of it. The architecture very high level.
It covers from it, it doesn't going to make a much depth of it and probably like, if you are new into Dynamic, you want to know what is done. I mean, how it can help you in your business needs? I think this is the best course, the best way. You you can start over. I find it valuable because I did not know much about Dynamics probably up to doing this one certification.
I know more about Dynamics, how but I don't know, much in the technical side of it, which I'm currently utilizing different articles, on Microsoft alone to make me understand all of the, in more technical details of the dynamic, but it's good start from the overview of it. If you're interested, that's all for me, and in this episode of you, enjoy it. And like my show. Thank you very much. And like my show. Thank you very much.
